Banquet Room

A beautifully arranged banquet room at North of the Bayou, featuring elegant table settings and warm ambient lighting.

The banquet space is a versatile and thoughtfully designed venue that comfortably accommodates up to 160 guests. With attention to both aesthetics and functionality, it is an ideal location for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, milestone celebrations, and more the layout is thoughtfully arranged to ensure that every aspect of the event flows seamlessly while providing a memorable experience for all attendees. Please note, the Banquet Hall is not available on Saturdays after 7pm. 

Main Space

The main area of the banquet hall is open and spacious, with ceilings high enough to create ambient lighting that can be adjusted to suit the occasion. A blend of bold and neutral tones can complement any theme or color scheme. 

Tables and chairs are arranged strategically, leaving ample room for mingling and movement while maintaining an intimate setting for seated meals or presentations. Round tables draped with crisp linens accommodate small groups while larger tables are available for head seating or buffet style dining set ups. Centerpieces, whether floral arrangements or minimalist designs, elevate the overall sophistication of the room. 

The venue also features a fully equipped private bar, adding an exclusive touch to the space. Situated in its own alcove, the bar is a hub of activity during events. A simple counter design provides a casual spot for guests to gather, while professional bartenders serve a curated choice of beverages.  The menu can include a variety of options such as signature cocktails, fine wines, craft beers and several non-alcoholic choices to cater to all preferences. One final possibility is the chance to pick 1-5 beers on tap, which can include our very own NOTB Brewery taps. If time is allowed, the opportunity to have your own beer crafted for you event is a conversation we can have. 

Catering Services

The full-service catering specialist can offer a diverse array of dishes prepared by a talented culinary team. Because every event is different, we do not hold ourselves to a specific menu. This allows us to make a customizable menu for your event. Whether the event calls for a formal plated dinner, a buffet or passed hors d’oeuvres, the catering team ensures that every item is both delicious and beautifully presented. Customizable options are available to accommodate dietary restrictions or cultural preferences, ensuring every guest is satisfied. 

Private Restrooms

Adding to the convenience of the venue are the private restrooms, reserved exclusively for event attendees. These facilities are clean and well maintained, designed to handle high guest volumes without compromising comfort. Mood lighting, attendant, upscale towels are all things that can be added to your private bathroom. 

Summary

With its faux Bourbon Street décor, the ‘s always up for a party. But there’s no thriftier time to go Monday through Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. (3 to 7 p.m. on Fridays) when it features half-price rails, domestic beer (cans and bottles) and selected taps. On Monday, a special treat: free red beans and rice to go along with your drink! Stay for dinner and many New Orleans–style appetizers, sandwiches and specialties are less than a tenner…

Options include custom table settings, chair covers, themed backdrops, ceiling drapery, floral arrangements, balloon installations and more. The decorating services save hosts time and effort, while ensuring a cohesive and polished look. 

Dj’s and Live Band Bookings

For entertainment, the venue offers professional DJ and live booking services. The Dj’s are skilled in reading the crowd and curating playlists that keep the energy high while live bands provide an immersive and dynamic musical experience. Genres range from classic jazz to modern pop, rock, and cultural music to suit the theme and audience preferences. This amenity ensures that your event has a lively and engaging atmosphere. 

High-Quality Sound System

The banquet room is equipped with a highquality sound system, which can be rented to enhance the auditory experience of any event. This system is perfect for speeches, announcements, and musical performances, delivering crisp and understandable sound thru-ought the space. Professional technicians are available to set up and manage the system, ensuring seamless audio delivery.

Video and TV Screens

For entertainment, the venue offers professional DJ and live booking services. The Dj’s are skilled in reading the crowd and curating playlists that keep the energy high while live bands provide an immersive and dynamic musical experience. Free Pig Roasting Viewing

The patio

The patio is a spacious and dynamic outdoor venue available for rent, capable of hosting up to 150 people. It is thoughtfully designed to encourage mingling and socializing, making it an excellent choice for lively events such as birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, reunions, or casual parties. The combination of open areas, engaging activities, and optional amenities ensures a memorable and customizable experience for any occasion. Full catering is available as well as the menu for a group under 30.

The patio features a mix of open mingling areas and comfortable seating, offering a perfect balance between movement and relaxation. Scattered throughout the space are sit-down tables allowing smaller groups to gather for conversations, dining, or just taking a break from the action. The tables are thoughtfully placed to encourage interaction without obstructing the flow of guests. 

Overhead string lights or lanterns provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere, especially for evening events, while optional umbrellas or shade structures ensure comfort during sunny daytime gatherings. The layout is spacious enough to accommodate a variety of activities, allowing guests to freely move between the seated areas and game zones.

When reserving the patio, guests gain exclusive access to several fun and interactive activities: 

  • Sand Volleyball Court: A full-sized sand volleyball court invites guests to enjoy casual matches or spirited games, adding a playful and energetic dynamic to the event.
  • Beanbags and Yard Games: Classic yard games, including beanbag toss (cornhole), giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, and more, are available to keep guests entertained. These activities are scattered across the patio, encouraging friendly competition and interaction.
  • Casual Lounging Areas: Comfortable lounge chairs and benches are placed strategically around the patio, offering spots for relaxation and spectating.

Optional Patio Bar with Tap Lines

For an added touch of exclusivity, the patio includes an optional private bar, available for an additional charge. This bar can be opened exclusively for the reserved group, providing a dedicated space for guests to grab their favorite drinks without leaving the festivities. 

The bar includes three tap lines, which can be customized to feature a selection of beers or other beverages tailored to the event. In addition to the tap lines, the bar is fully stocked with spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring there’s something for every guest. Professional bartenders provide attentive service, adding convenience and elevating the overall experience. 

Atmosphere and Customization

The Voodoo Room

The Voodoo Room is an intimate and strikingly unique and ideal for small intimate gatherings and unconventional gatherings for up to 20 people. The atmosphere is deliberately crafted to evoke an ominous yet captivating vibe, making it a perfect setting for a private dinner party, a team-building experience with a creative twist, or a themed celebration. The round design encourages closeness, while the mysterious, exclusivity and immersive vibe leaves a lasting impression on all who step into this one-of-a-kind space. 

 

Guests in this room enjoy the same exceptional service and access to the main menu as the rest of the venue. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, from appetizers and entrées to desserts, catering to diverse tastes and dietary needs. The ability to order individually gives guests the freedom to customize their dining experience, making the meal feel personal and relaxed.

large room

Perfect for Any Large Group, the other large room is a seamless blend of comfort and relaxation. With its high dark ceiling, flexible lighting, and group-friendly dining setup, it offers a relaxed yet elevated environment where large parties can come together to enjoy an exceptional meal and great company. Whether it’s a family celebration, a work outing, or a social gathering, this space provides the perfect backdrop for memorable occasions. 

The seating arrangement is both flexible and inviting for up to 28 people. Tables can be configured to accommodate smaller clusters of people or a single long table setup for more unified gatherings.  

Guests in this room will also enjoy the same exceptional service and access to the main menus’ appetizers, entrées and desserts as the rest of the venue. 

Food Cart

Our food cart is available for off-site rentals, bringing our delicious flavors straight to you! Just like our catering services, our goal is to create an unforgettable experience tailored to you and your guests. Every menu is custom-built to suit your event, ensuring a unique and personalized touch.

Pricing is based on your food selections and the number of guests you plan to serve. Costs typically range from $15 to $45 per person, with a base charge starting at $250. This flexibility allows us to accommodate a variety of budgets and event sizes while maintaining our high-quality standards.

Additional charges may apply based on your event’s specific needs. These may include mileage fees for travel and any extra rentals such as tables, chairs, or tents. We’re happy to discuss these details during the planning process to ensure everything runs smoothly.

No matter the occasion, our food cart brings convenience, flavor, and a memorable experience to your gathering. Let us take care of the food so you can focus on enjoying the event with your guests!

Policies & Procedures

Contracts required for all catered events. The contract will include all event details and may be altered up to 1 week prior to the event. Cancellation fees will be stated on your contract. 

Cancellations. A credit card number is held to secure your reservation and will be charged if the cancellation falls outside the allotted allowance.  The cancellation fee will be stated in your contract, and a written notice is required for cancellation.  

30 days, full refund.  

2 weeks, 75% refund.  

1 week, 50%.  

Anything less than 1 week is 10% refund.
